"In the project “Winged Motion” I explore the theme In Motion through the meta­phor of birds – as living beings and symbols of freedom, migra­tion, and trans­for­ma­tion. Move­ment, for me, is a tran­si­tion of states, spaces, and iden­ti­ties. During my resi­dency at Villa Sonnen­berg, I will create a kinetic instal­la­tion that responds to wind, using locally found or repur­posed mate­rials such as bran­ches, straw, metal, plastic, or e-waste. These objects, once useful, carry their own history of “move­ment” and will be trans­formed into new arti­stic forms. To enrich inter­cul­tural dialogue, I will inte­grate the Lithu­a­nian craft of straw garden weaving, part of UNESCO’s Intan­gible Cultural Heri­tage. These fragile geome­tric struc­tures embody harmony and cycli­city. Suspended bird forms will emerge, gently moving with the air to create a medi­ta­tive, ever-chan­ging compo­si­tion."

Mit Projekten in Europa, Asien und den USA, Guin­ness-Welt­re­kord und mehr­fa­chen Preisen gilt sie als prägende Stimme einer zeitgenössischen „Waste Art“. Seit 2018 ist sie Mitglied der Litaui­schen Künstle­ru­nion.
